Terms & Conditions

We hope you have a wonderful stay at Little Holme, and we will do everything we can to ensure this is the case. However we are sure you will understand, it is in the interest of both parties for there to be contractual obligations associated with the letting of Little Holme.

These are not intended to be onerous, or in any way curtail the enjoyment of your stay. Fairness and reasonableness according to the circumstances will be the guiding principle at all times.
